1. About Harvey

Harvey ("we", "us") is an AI-powered personal finance assistant. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Harvey.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United States to use Harvey.

3. Not financial advice

Harvey provides information and AI-generated insights for educational purposes only. Harvey is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax adviser, or law firm, and does not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified adviser before making financial decisions.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Harvey Pro is $47/month, billed monthly in US dollars via Stripe. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Bank connections

Harvey uses Plaid to connect to your bank. We never see or store your banking credentials. You may disconnect any institution at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Harvey, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harvey is not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated insights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
